There is so much to do in Oregon, one thing we love is the coast, but due to the amount of driving that we did this time around, and how short our visit was, we didn't do anything that was more than an hour outside of Portland. That being said, there are so many local attractions, we were definitely kept very busy. Pictured above are some shots from our trip up to Multnomah Falls. It was definitely the biggest waterfall I've ever seen!
Here is the international rose test garden, located in portland because they are known as rose city! Because it was winter, it was no where near in full bloom, but it was still so beautiful to be able to walk through a huge gardens of hundreds of different roses.
Pittock Mansion overlooks all of Portland so perfectly. Fortunately, I had been here before, because this time around the fog was so thick we couldn't see a thing. It's still a definitely go to when you're visiting, and the mansion is super cool, it holds a lot of history. We took some photos to capture the perfect gloominess mixed with how amazingly green it is all around. (I love moss!!!!)
Last but not least, even if skateboarding doesn't really interest you at all, burnside skatepark is still super cool to check out. Everyone there is really talented, it's definitely entertaining and an exciting spot to see if you have anything about skateboarding in your life (I blame Jim.)
